Do you offer same day delivery?
At this time, we don’t offer same-day delivery. Since all orders are handmade and carefully packaged, we need a little time to prepare them. We recommend placing your order 1–2 weeks in advance so we can make sure everything is perfect and gets to you on time!
How long does shipping take?
Standard orders usually ship within [2–5 business days]. Custom orders may take longer depending on complexity.
What is your return policy?
Because each arrangement is carefully made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges at this time. We encourage customers to review product details and photos carefully before ordering. If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us — we’re happy to help resolve any concerns!

Are the flowers real?
The flowers are faux, but are made with high-quality [real-touch/silk/latex] materials designed to look and feel like real roses.
How far in advance should I place my order?
It’s best to place your order at least 2 weeks in advance so I have enough time to receive, and create your arrangement and lastly make sure everything is perfect. For larger orders like 100 and up, I recommend giving even more notice (3 weeks) to secure your spot.
How long does it take to complete an order?
Most orders take about 2-3 days to complete, depending on the size and detail of the arrangement. Custom or larger orders may take a little longer, but I’ll always give you a timeframe when you order.
Why are deposits required?
While deposits are only required when orders are made through dm(not the website) to secure your order and help cover the cost of supplies, flowers, and preparation time. Since each arrangement is custom made, the deposit ensures your order is reserved and helps prevent last-minute cancellations.
